PSA levels a bit too high

Since Ian received hormone treatment for his enlarged prostate and after the prostate scraping to remove cancerous bits earlier in 2023, he has had to have regular blood tests to monitor his PSA levels.

Unfortunately, the last screening resulted in his PSA levels being too high. Ian’s urologist has started hormone treatment once again. He is scheduled to receive 3 treatments before being re-assessed.

The type of prostate cancer has been restricted to the prostate but is categorised as Gleason 9.

With every treatment Ian’s emotional roller coaster begins, effecting him both mentally and resulting in physical weakness. We pray our Heavenly Father will give him peace and strength.
