Cathkin House comprises a spacious main bedroom with en-suite and two separate double bedrooms sharing a bathroom. Both bathrooms have double baths and large showers.
Cathkin House comfortably accommodates 6 guests, however, a further 2 guests can be accommodated on an ottoman which opens into a queen size bed in the lounge.
Ensuring comfort as a priority, the House is fitted with ducted air conditioning, under tile heating throughout and carpeted bedrooms.
The kitchen is fitted with granite tops and cherry wood units generously stocked with crockery and cutlery. The kitchen is equipped with oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, a separate scullery with a washing machine. The dining room is host to an 8-seater colonial table ideal for entertaining in style which leads into an exclusively decorated lounge with a sandstone fireplace and full DSTV. To obtain full benefit of the environment and its unspoilt beauty the lounge opens up with retractable aluminum doors leading onto a decked verandah and swimming pool overlooking a picturesque dam. The verandah is fitted with subtle lighting and a built in braai – perfect for entertaining in the mountains
